email scams

Remember to always check the email address in every message, especially before clicking on links in an email.

Scammers are hoping you won’t check this area, because it’s a dead giveaway.

Put it this way: if you receive an email from PayPal, it better have paypal.com in the send address. Not something close.

If you’re not sure, find the website in a search and contact their customer support team directly to find out.
